Today was voting day!

Two hours in line outside in the hot sun and then cold shade and I've completed my right to vote! Okay, so to most people it wasn't cold, but I get cold if it is cooler than 70 degrees and I'm pretty sure it was about 65 degrees in that line. I don't really like to talk politics so I'm going to keep my opinions to myself and hope that whoever wins this political campaign values social work and the elderly so I can keep trying to help the seniors I work with. It would be nice if the budget cuts stopped for other non-profit agencies too, so we can all continue to help those who need our assistance. I'm so glad that somebody really cute wanted to wear my "I voted" sticker! :)
